  • Only 1-2 printers with low monthly volume (<100 jobs) → Free version is sufficient.
  • 1-2 high-load printers + multiple light-load printers → Only license the high-load printers, others continue with free quota.
  • Want to test first → Get the limited-time trial, authorize your 3 busiest printers, decide after seeing results.
  • Need data export / advanced reports / audit / multi-admin → Choose Pro directly, these features are Pro-only.

Is Pro licensing monthly or annual?

Pro is licensed per printer, supporting monthly or annual payment. Annual payment enjoys additional discounts.

Will data be lost after the trial ends?

No. All print records and data during the trial will be retained. After the trial, only the free quota limit is restored, recorded data is not affected.

Can I purchase licenses for only some printers?

Yes. You can purchase Pro licenses only for high-load printers, while others continue using the free quota, making costs more flexible.
